WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as the leader on the Supply Chain relationship with the retailer to maximize L’Oréal’s ability to deliver excellence in execution
- Ensure that L’Oréal is recognized by the retailer as a trusted supplier providing best in class inbound service level and on-shelf availability while optimizing overall stocks and costs
- Liaise with buyers and retailer Supply Chain as 1st point of contact; as well as the L’Oréal Key Acoount Management (KAM), Demand Planners, Supply Planners, and Customer Services team
- Monitor retailer’s catalogue alignment and update retailer’s master data base (update only for implant)
- Ensure that all processes (especially Disputes and returns) and KPIs (scorecard) are aligned between retailer and L’Oreal
- Monitor product supply risks, work on minimizing OOS impact, notify retailer of potential issues and conduct root cause analysis on suffered OOS with action plan for correction
- Challenge customer’s orders as well as replenishment parameters to meet stock holding targets
- Support and coordinate sell in forecast construction by product / account on monthly (ideally weekly) basis with KAMs and Demand Planners on launches and promotions – align promotions and launch plan between both parties
- Organise and manage 30/60/90 collaborative sell out forecast and quarterly review meetings
- Track promotional sell-out and make necessary adjustments internally and externally
- Analyze and challenge monthly stock in trade situation
- Lead continuous improvement program with customer
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- 4 years' university degree
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Advanced level of MS Office Applications
