We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a talented Business Developer - On Trade, to join Campari Group, a major player in the global branded spirits industry, with a portfolio of over 50 premium and super premium brands, marketed and distributed in over 190 markets around the world, with leading positions in Europe and the Americas.

More specifically, we are looking for an enthusiastic professional with 2-3 minimum years sales experience in beverage companies (spirits, beer, soft drinks) that will be placed within the On Trade Channel Sales Department and will report to the respective District Sales Manager.

    As a Business Developer focused on On Trade outlets in Greece, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing strong business relationships within the Horeca sector. Your primary goal will be to identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote our products and services, increase market presence, and meet revenue targets by effectively engaging with Horeca establishments across Greece.

    The Business Developer - On Trade will be responsible for the following achievements:

    1. Market Penetration:

    • Identify and target potential Horeca outlets, including Café/Bars, hotels, restaurants, and catering services, within the Greek market.

    2. Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Proactively reach out to Horeca outlets to introduce our brands, showcase their value, and negotiate sales agreements. Prepare and finalize contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals and securing commitments from Horeca clients.

    3. Relationship Building:

    • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers, bartenders, owners, and managers within Horeca outlets.

    4. Product Knowledge:

    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our Portfolio, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
    • Articulate product value propositions and provide expert advice to potential clients.

    5. Customized Solutions:

    • Collaborate with clients to recommend customized solutions that enhance their menu offerings, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

    6. Market Insights:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer preferences within the Horeca sector.

    7. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.

    The ideal candidate for the Business Developer - On Trade role should possess the following:

    • Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in Sales roles or other Commercial roles. Having experience within the On Trade channel is essential
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines with related professional qualifications.
