At Inchcape we are looking for a Recruitment Analyst with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees from all levels of the organization.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

In this dynamic position, you will play a vital part in aligning our Sales and After Sales initiatives with our business objectives and needs. Your expertise in talent acquisition for various automotive roles, including Automotive Master Technicians, PDI Technicians, Apprentice Techs, Service Advisors, Collision Repair Specialists, Field Service Specialists as well as administrative roles will be instrumental in attracting top talent, building a skilled workforce, and ensuring a strong pipeline of resources to support our growing business units.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for Fixed Operations Sales, Automotive After sales, Service Operations, Field Services, Marketing, Retail & Storefront, Logistics, and corporate departments.
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within Schedule.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Be part of the regional initiatives to improve the current recruitment process.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Currently enrolled in an University Bachelor's Degree or a Degree Completed in BS/MS in Human Resources Management
  • 2 years of experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Familiarity with Successfactors (ATS)
  • Previous experience working with Job boards such as Konzerta and Linkedin
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting operative and entry level roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • English proficiency (nice to have)
  • Valid driver's License
