1. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle multiple tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing email correspondence.
- Translate for meetings and events from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Create and manage reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Coordinate and manage various projects for the CEO.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
2. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferred gender: Female
- At least 1 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Experience in translation and interpretation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
3. Benefit:
· Salary: from 13-18 mil.
