1. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing email correspondence.
  • Translate for meetings and events from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
  • Create and manage reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Coordinate and manage various projects for the CEO.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

2. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferred gender: Female
  • At least 1 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Experience in translation and interpretation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

3. Benefit:

· Salary: from 13-18 mil.

· 13th, 14th month bonus
